Tube laser

Easy, fast and precise

The TruLaser Tube 5000 tube laser combines a range of different machining operations on one machine. This has its advantages: the operations are easier and, as a result, quicker to perform. In addition, this machine is able to achieve unprecedented accuracy. This makes PROVAN optimally prepared to meet any requirements that our customers may have.

PROVAN uses a TruLaser Tube 5000 tube laser. This machine replaces the traditional operations on profiles, such as sawing, drilling, milling and de-burring.

The tube laser cuts complex contours effortlessly, without touching the tube, and also offers completely new possibilities such as buckling, spigots and connectors.

Benefits for you:

Precise: With the TruLaser Tube 5000, we can cut with a precision of up to approximately 0.2 mm. Even cutting mitre angles is equally accurate.
Flexible: From cut-off work to multiple shape and hole patterns: PROVAN can offer a wide range of operations.
Flawless: Profiles can be positioned in many different ways. This makes measuring unnecessary and prevents mistakes.
Simplified: Because snap connections can be applied, welding can be reduced to a minimum or the welding process can be simplified.

PROVAN has two fully-automatic and two semi-automatic sawing machines. These CNC sawing machines enable PROVAN to provide you with accurate and high-quality sawing work, quickly and efficiently. PROVAN’s sawing machines can machine tubes, angled sections, L-profiles and many other profiles.
