PROVAN offers welded constructions in steel, aluminium or stainless steel. The PROVAN team has many years of proven experience with MIG, MAG and TIG welding. Fast batch work of complex customised projects: Provan is always a reliable choice for all your welding work. We process both semi-finished and fully finished products. For years PROVAN has been collaborating with Valk Welding, specialists in welding robots and welding technology. Together, we are constantly in search of the best welding technology and the continuous optimisation of the welding production process.

3D welding – advanced welding robot

In 1999, the first Panasonic welding robot with corresponding cell was purchased from Valk Welding. We now have 7 welding robots.

PROVAN can even use a welding robot to carry out welding work on smaller batches, thanks to our range of welding robot systems. Our most recent investment is a Panasonic G3-controlled welding robot, with standard G3 Weld Navigation included.

This easy-to-use and reliable system has integrated some very practical features:

  • Wire search system

  • Automatic torch control

  • Exceedingly short calibration time

  • Pneumatic torch shutdown

  • Offline programming with DTPS

TIG welding using the welding robot is one of the many options we offer.

In addition to the various welding robots, PROVAN also handles manual welding work. For piecework or welding that requires specific specialisations, you can call on our wide ranging expertise in manual welding. For MIG/MAG and TIG welding, please contact PROVAN. Our welding team consists of steel, stainless steel and aluminium specialists.

PROVAN boasts a strong team of skilled welders. Every day a team of over 20 experienced welders are ready to do the best job possible for you. PROVAN is constantly investing in training and education, always ensuring that they are abreast of the latest developments in their professional field.

All our manual welders are certified to EN ISO 287-1 and EN ISO 9606-1 standards. We have 2 internal VT-w-2 welding inspectors, and our robot programmer is certified in accordance with EN ISO 1418. This is how we maintain the professional expertise of our staff and the high quality of your products.
